The property is located in the small, rustic village of Ta' Sannat on the south coast of Gozo. Sannat is well-known for the high Ta' Ċenċ Cliffs (a 20-minute walk), rich countryside and interesting prehistoric remains. For beach lovers, Mgarr ix-Xini Bay is an 8-minute drive away and a popular spot for swimming, snorkelling and diving.
Gozo’s capital Victoria is a 4-minute drive to the north, the picturesque village of Munxar a 2-minute drive (15-minute walk) to the west and the historic village of Xewkija a 4-minute drive to the east. The nearest restaurant is a 3-minute walk away and there is a supermarket within a 6-minute walk.
