Check-in is after 3 PM. Check-out is before 10 AM.
Rental agreement is required with ID verification.
Pet Policy: Pets are strictly prohibited on this property. This includes all animals, except for legally defined service animals as permitted under applicable law. Emotional support animals (ESAs) and therapy animals are not considered service animals and are not permitted.
Any unauthorized animal brought onto the property will result in additional cleaning and/or damage fees and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
Inventory: We provide a "starter package" of inventory for our cabin: 3 rolls of T.P. and 1 full roll of paper towels.
Guests not staying overnight are welcomed. Loud, disruptive parties are not.
BYO Beach Towels. We provide bath towels
BYO Life Vests HIGHLY encouraged to ensure proper size.
Firewood is available for purchase.
The dock is located between 2 other rentals. You must walk between these two properties to access the dock. All 3 rentals are owned by the same person and managed by Southern Illinois Vacation Rentals.
This property is a 3-car garage conversion that sits on the opposite side of the driveway as the main house.
