    We stayed here for three nights and found the experience average overall. We were only informed on the day of arrival that the keys needed to be picked up from a separate location, which was inconvenient given that it was raining and we were traveling with luggage and a young child. We were also not told that the keys needed to be returned to the same location until about an hour before check-out. The wifi was very weak in the master bedroom and the living room. Additionally, there appeared to be a leak in the apartment, as the downstairs neighbor knocked on our door to complain after we showered. Still, the apartment was clean and Sean was very responsive to messages.

    Too cold for a winter stay. One bathroom has an electric towel rail but no switch, eventually found it but it couldn’t cope with the cold draughts from the window. Big bedroom has an electric heater but the display is broken. Things are looking a little shabby, but it was comfortable enough once we warmed up.

    The whole apartment was clean and spacious. Our group of five was comfortable after figuing out the portable space heaters. You could walk to a good Sainsbury and the underground in 10 minutes. The Hosts were easily available via text/messages. The bottom front door lock gave us some trouble. It could be updated.
