With 4 bdrm, and 2 full baths, 6 beds + 2 living rooms, our home is perfect for 1 or 2 families. Our oversized deck is ideal for relaxing and taking in some fresh mountain air after a long day of adventure. Located only 5 minutes from downtown North Conway, Cranmore Mt. and tons of trails & hikes its the perfect spot for any season!
You will have access to everything and nothing is shared.

Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours. - Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old. - No smoking in the house - The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night. - A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information. - Quiet time is from 9pm-9am (inside and outside of the house) - NO loud music or noise will be tolerated - Respect the neighbors - No Fireworks
