• Notes

  Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions. Please check our guidebook for local recommendations on attractions and restaurants! Unfortunately, this home does not accommodate pets. No smoking in the property. Fires are not permitted in fireplace, the beach or on any part of property.

• Access

  You will be provided with a unique code for the front door key box, that is valid during your stay. You will have the entire left side of the duplex to yourself. Please, do not try to access the other side through adjoining door or enter the basement. There is a deck that you can enjoy. Be mindful, the deck is a shared space with the other unit. If you use the grill, you will need to scrape the grates when finished.

• Transit

  The property is approximately 3 miles from the New South Shore train station. There is limited Uber and Lyft service for the area.

• Neighborhood

  This property is located on the shore of Lake Michigan. It's just minutes away from shopping, dining, Blue Chip Casino and much more!
