Ideally situated, 90 minutes north of the Greater Toronto Area, just 10 minutes off Hwy 400, our cottage is close to many attractions. We are on the Trent Severn waterway, one lock away from Georgian Bay and a short boat ride or drive to the Marine railway lift and the historic Severn Lodge. Fine dining and relaxation is only 15 min away at Rawley Resort Spa and Marina or Christie’s Mill Inn and Spa. Golfers will enjoy the scenic and challenging Oak Bay Golf Club also just 15 min away. Our winter guests will enjoy being minutes away from the OFSC snowmobile trails, 30 minutes to Mount St Louis Moonstone or Horseshoe Valley.
Our beautifully appointed three bedroom, four season cottage sleeps up to 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking amenities from a slow cooker to a large roasting pan for your turkey dinner, it is all here. New stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, quartz countertops and a king size BBQ make preparing meals a joy! The cottage has a heat pump that will provide both heat and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year round. Our living room has a propane fireplace to create a romantic atmosphere. For those that can’t get away from the office completely, we have excellent wifi with Starlink and provide Netflix and Amazon tv for those rainy days or evenings.
Our primary bedroom has a full size closet and dresser for all of your wardrobe needs and a queen size bed. Bedroom two, has beautiful vaulted pine ceilings, a queen bed and dresser to keep things neatly tucked away during your stay. Bedroom three also has beautiful vaulted pine ceilings and is designed with our family in mind. It has two sets of twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids, but strong enough to hold adults.
We have one full bathroom with a tub and shower combined and one two piece bathroom with full size washer and dryer included.
Outside is where the fun and memories really begin. Play bocce ball, soccer or badminton on our generous, flat, play area or head down to the lake for some sun bathing, fishing, swimming and boating. We have a shallow entry from shore and only about five feet of water off the end of the dock, making it very safe for all ages.
There’s a flat backed canoe, tin boat (no motor provided) and paddle boards to explore our calm bay or venture around the corner to the open waters for hours of island exploring. There are marinas near by for boat or jet ski rentals if you prefer tubing, or waterskiing.
Don’t forget to bring a book or drink and relax in our hammock.

Guests will have access to the cottage. The other outbuildings will be locked.
