The beach directly in front of the building is free of charge. Approximately 1,000 metres from the flats in the north of 'Marina di Castagneto', guests have access to a private property with a botanical trail and seating, as well as changing rooms, toilets, water, sun loungers and parasols and access to a free beach.
Marina di Castagneto Carducci is located on the Costa degli Etruschi, south of Livorno and about 30 km from Piombino, the port of departure for the island of Elba. Marina is a beautiful and peaceful village on the crystal clear Tuscan sea. From Marina di Castagneto Carducci you can visit some beautiful medieval villages such as Bolgheri (famous for its Sassicaia wine) or Massa Marittima, as well as the Etruscan necropolis of Populonia (25 km).
