House Rules & Important Notes
Pets:
Some pets are accepted and approved on a case-by-case basis with full disclosure of breed, size, and vaccination records. There is a 25-pound weight limit per pet and a $50 daily pet fee in addition to nightly rent. Pets must be registered prior to arrival, and a pet agreement must be signed. Pets may not be left unattended in the home at any time, must remain on a leash outdoors, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets on all exterior areas of the property.
Minimum Age Requirement:
The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. This will be verified before access information is released by requiring a valid government-issued ID. All guests must be registered prior to check-in.
Smoking Policy:
This is a non-smoking, non-vaping, and no-marijuana property. Any violation will result in additional cleaning and remediation fees of up to $1,000.
Parties & Noise:
Strict no-party policy. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily to respect neighbors and maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the cove.
