  It was a very pleasant experience. There was a minor hiccup at the start—the room we originally booked had been damaged by a previous guest—but the host contacted us immediately and provided us with a unit of the exact same layout within the same complex. The location is a bit of a distance from downtown Miami, but it offers convenient access to Key West. Overall, the stay was quite enjoyable.

  Very clean place with a very responsive host. Key feature is 2 master rooms with en suite baths ideal for 2 couples traveling together. The adjacent rental unit can be loud. The unit itself can use more supplies which are easily added (more wine glasses, cork screw etc As the unit should have enough supplies for 8 people). Make sure you have the right address and ask for clarity on parking. With a few additions this could be a great rental.

  The positives first: super clean, modern house in a nice (but cookie-cutter) neighborhood. Plenty of bedrooms, pretty close to restaurants, the Miami Airport, and for us most importantly, the Everglades National Park and Biscayne National Park. All that for a really good price. However, you're renting from a company, not a private person who loves their place, and you can feel that. It feels more standardized and not as homey. Some people might like that, me not so much. Same with communication. Very quick to respond, but just very business-like. And lastly: there's a studio in the house that got rented out to a worker who had a job in the area. We could smell his cooking and hear his TV. We had a baby with us who was crying late at night, so I was feeling bad for the other person, since I knew he had to get up early. I didn't see this mentioned in the listing description, and probably wouldn't have taken the place, had we known. All in all: nice, and a really good price.

  Very clean and new house. And I think the location is good for reaching to Florida Keys, Everglades and Miami beach. All of our 7 family members had good rest during our 5 days of staying.
