Our location offers easy access to the area's top attractions, such as Weirs Beach, Gunstock Mountain, and the Bank of NH Pavilion. From our condo, you can enjoy awe-inspiring panoramic mountain and lake views that will leave you breathless.
Our newly built pool provides a refreshing retreat where you can soak up the sun and cool off on hot summer days. You can also enjoy a delicious BBQ with your family at one of the BBQ pits on the lawn, while admiring the spectacular surroundings. If you're feeling active, our state-of-the-art gym and basketball court are at your disposal, as well as a game room where your kids can have fun and make new friends. Alternatively, you can unwind in the great room with a book from our library or indulge in early morning sunrises and evening stargazing/sunsets from the comfort of your condo.
Our condo features two comfortable queen beds, a 50' Smart TV, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, pack-n-play, air conditioning, heating, a full bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette. We also provide all linens, so you can pack light and enjoy a hassle-free stay. Additionally, vending machines are located on the lower level in the laundry room, so you can easily grab a snack or drink whenever you need it.
We kindly remind you that smoking is not allowed in the condo or on the balcony. Please note that the HOA will assess a $250 fee if you smoke within 20 feet of the building. Pets are not allowed and the HOA will assess a $200 fee for any pets.
