The home includes an attached casita located at the rear of the property. Both the main house and the casita have their own private, fenced entrances. Guests are kindly asked to use their designated entrance when entering and exiting the property. If you’re interested in booking the casita as well, please let us know—we’d be happy to share availability and details.

Parking:
The property does not have private parking; all parking is on city streets. Guests will need to find available parking and adhere to all posted street parking signs. The property is separated from a long-term rented back casita by a fence. Guests should not enter the back area during their stay.
Noise:
The home sits quaintly behind a privacy fence, providing an added layer of security and privacy. As located in an urban neighborhood, guests should expect some noise and foot traffic from city traffic and streets outside of the unit.
Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $100 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged.
