The log villa, built in 2006, features a spacious living room, dining area, and combined living room/kitchen. There are three bedrooms, one with two beds and the other with three beds. Additionally, the living room includes a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) that can accommodate two more guests. The villa also includes a separate WC, sauna (electric sauna stove), washroom with two showers and another WC, and combined dressing/utility room with access to a terrace. At the other end of the villa, a separate glazed terrace leads to a larger outdoor terrace.
The villa is ideal for remote work and is equipped with a fiber-optic connection, Wi-Fi modem, and a large TV.
The only neighbor is 30 m away, the owner's other cabin, 17312 Näsinjoutsen. Together, these two neighboring cabins can accommodate groups of up to 15 people. Pets are allowed for an additional fee (per pet).
