House Rules To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to follow these house rules: Guest & Visitor Policies No unregistered or unapproved guests are allowed on the property at any time. The number of guests on the reservation must match the number staying overnight. No parties, events, or large gatherings—this is a quiet, family-oriented neighbourhood. Noise & Neighbourhood Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM Please respect our neighbours at all times. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in penalties or removal from the property. Pets Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to booking. Pet fees may apply. Pets must be supervised, kept off furniture/beds, and cleaned up after. Cleanliness & Care No shoes in the house to help keep the home clean and well-maintained. Please treat the home with respect and report any damages or issues promptly. Pool & Outdoor Areas Use the pool at your own risk—no lifeguard on duty. No glassware near the pool. Children must be supervised at all times. Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours. Safety & Security Do not tamper with security cameras (exterior only). Keep doors locked when not on the property. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Check-in / Check-out Follow check-out instructions to avoid additional cleaning fees. Late checkout is subject to availability and approval. General Rules Commercial photography, filming, or content creation must be approved in advance. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Any violation of house rules may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation without refund.
