☆ Family-Friendly: As parents of young children, we understand how challenging traveling with little ones can be. That's why we've made every effort to accommodate families with young kids. We provide a pack 'n play with crib sheets, a high chair, there are also books, games, and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy!
☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome dogs for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints. Max 2 dogs

☆ Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!
☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it.
☆ Desert Living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert, so it's natural for sand to be around. On windy days, some sand and leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, there may occasionally be some debris in the water. We provide skimmers for your convenience if you'd like to remove any leaves or sand yourself.

☆ Contactless, 24/7 Check-In: We value your convenience and safety, which is why we offer a completely contactless check-in process. Regardless of your arrival time, you'll be able to access the property at your leisure, day or night.
☆ Digital Guest Book & Unique Access Code: To make your stay as seamless as possible, you will receive a digital guest book filled with useful information about the property and local recommendations. Additionally, a unique front door code will be provided to you 2 days prior to your check-in, ensuring secure and hassle-free entry to your vacation oasis.
☆ Management: Our property is professionally managed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests, and you can easily reach us by phone or email. For urgent issues after hours, we provide a 24/7 emergency line, ensuring support whenever you need it. We are committed to making your getaway effortless, relaxing, and unforgettable!
