• Rules

  To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, please adhere to the following house rules: Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 4 pm. Check-out time is 10 am. Please adhere to these times to allow for cleaning between guests. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the townhouse. Please use designated outdoor areas if necessary and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional pet fee Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10 pm and 8 am Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Please do not exceed this limit. Parties and Events: No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. Please be considerate of our neighbors. Damage and Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage or theft that occurs during their stay. Please report any issues immediately. Trash Disposal: Please dispose of trash in the designated bins. Kitchen Use: Please clean up after using the kitchen. Dishes, utensils, and cookware should be washed and returned to their places. Safety: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. Do not lock the bottom lock Please do not leave any valuables unattended. By following these rules, you help us maintain a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all guests. Thank you for your interest in our home. • Notes

  We have just recently remodeled our unit and due to the demand haven't been able to get updated professional pics scheduled. The walls & cabinets have been painted with new living room furniture and decor. We hope that you will enjoy the new sofa beds that enable the condo to sleep up to 8 guests at a time. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING ON THE PROPERTY, CONDO OR BALCONY. This is per the HOA. If the resort/HOA or the cleaning company capture you smoking or vaping on the property a $250 fine will be assessed to you. NO EXCEPTIONS. ***Please note we only provide a starter set of items such as 1 trash can liner for each trash can, in the bathroom 1 small soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper 1 small shampoo and liquid hand soap. In the kitchen there is 1 roll of paper towels, sponge, and dish liquid. We supply sheets for each of the beds and 8 sets of towels. We do no provide a daily clean or daily towel exchange. In the condo will be an access card. This card is the size of a credit card and allows access into the garage and building. If this is lost a $25 replacement fee will be charged.*** *********At the end of your stay please make sure to return all vehicle tags, pool bands and access cards for the building/garage. If the access card is lost there is a $25 replacement fee********* *** Please note that check out time is at 10am. My condos are typically are turns, meaning when you check out, I usually have another guest checking in. Please make sure you are out at 10 am or I will request a late check out fee of $50 per half an hour that you are past the 10am. This does not apply if you have asked for a later check out. If I can accommodate this I typically always will. I want all of my guests to enjoy the condo as soon as possible****

  You have access to all the amenities at the resort.

• Transit

  While you can get to many of the shops, restaurants and attractions by foot there is so much more that Myrtle Beach has. You can do this by your own vehicle, renting one or Uber/Lyft. You can also rent a golf cart!

• Neighborhood

  You are able to enjoy many shops, restaurants, attractions and the beach from this location. Renting this condo you receive free parking in the secured parking garage, which is one block away.
