The elegant apartment consists of a living/dining room furnished with a combination of antique and modern pieces, including a sofa, dining table, dresser and a flat-screen TV, next to the open-plan fireplace. French windows open onto the private balcony overlooking the garden. This serves as a comfortable outdoor living space. Guests can relax with a glass of wine in one of the armchairs and enjoy the stunning countryside.
Back inside, the airy kitchen is fitted with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, Moka coffee maker and fridge/freezer.
The private has a grassy lawn leading to a swimming pool. Here guests can relax on sun loungers and enjoy their quiet surroundings. For meals al fresco guests can use the BBQ or brick oven.

Location
Casolare is in the small village of Migliaiolo, just 4 minutes from the charming town of Panicale. On the slopes of Monte Petravella, with medieval streets and squares, the town looks out over Lake Trasimeno. Visitors can enjoy a meal in one of the many restaurants or for self-catering, Panicale’s weekly market takes place on Monday mornings.
More active guests will find plenty to do on Lake Trasimeno with a sailing school, water skiing, canoe and kayak hire all within 30 minutes. Alternatively, the Lamborghini Golf Club is only 11 minutes away. There are also hiking routes around the lake and in the surrounding hills.
The capital of Umbria, Perugia is 40 minutes away. It is well worth a visit, as is the famous town of Assisi (1 hour) birthplace of St Francis and a site of pilgrimage.
