Thank you for the stay. We appreciate your responsiveness and proactive approach when we reached out with concerns about the cleanliness of your condo. However, we were not pleased with how the condo was cleaned after the cleaners had left. It seemed as though nothing had changed. It appears that the unit requires a deep cleaning. We also were disappointed in the appliance and supplies provided in the condo. There were no additional trash bags to change the trash and very few towels to use. We did enjoy the location of this condo and the quiet, peaceful surroundings. Thank you, again.
We recently stayed at Ozark Oasis and, unfortunately, were disappointed with the cleanliness. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which we appreciated. However, when we arrived, there was a strong pet odor, and the floors, bedrooms, and bedding were covered in pet hair and dirt. We had to wash the bedding before sleeping. After messaging the host, they sent cleaners the next morning, but they arrived without notice. When we returned, it appeared nothing had been cleaned, as the pet hair and odors remained. The condo seemed as though it had not been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. While we appreciated the host’s responsiveness, we would not stay here again due to the condition of the unit.
