Important information

Please note: €500 refundable security deposit. A meter reading will be taken at check-in and check-out. The amount of usage will be calculated and deducted from the deposit if applicable. The remaining balance will be refunded within 5 days after check-out. Bedding & Towel Care Guests are kindly asked to avoid using towels or bedding with sunscreen, tanning products, chlorine, make-up, or other products that may cause permanent stains. Please shower before using beds or towels after applying sunscreen or after using the pool/jacuzzi. Permanently stained or damaged linens must be replaced and may be deducted from the refundable security deposit. Replacement charges: Towels: €10 per towel Bedding: €20 per bedding set Important House Rules: As a reminder, please ensure that all house rules are respected throughout your stay. The villa is located in a quiet residential area; therefore, parties, events, excessive noise and loud music are strictly prohibited. Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited. If there is any evidence of indoor smoking, a €500 penalty will apply. Guests are also kindly asked to treat the villa, its furniture, appliances and all equipment with care. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage caused during their stay, and the related costs may be deducted from the refundable security deposit.
