There is 1 full bathroom with a very nice walk-in shower. Second floor loft with two full beds. Hardwood floors throughout. Fully stocked chef's kitchen. Screened in first floor balcony to enjoy the sunsets and bay view without the bugs. Rates are collectively adjusted due to development and construction in the community. How much or to what extent it will be we are not able to tell but we will do our best to assist in anyway possible.

Paradise Cottage guests do not have access to the Mahogany Bay Resort pool, gym or private beach.
There are some ongoing developments within the Mahogany Bay community and due to this, we have adjusted the accommodation rates.

Explore the island on a golf cart or boat and tour the beautiful town of San Pedro, with an incredible selection of bars and restaurants and exciting activities! Our Concierge team is available to have these activities and golfcart rental arranged.
Guests do not have access to the Hilton's Resort private beach club, gym nor the pool. However, we have our very own POOLCLUB with a restaurant and bar. You simply show our key chain, and you will get an exclusive 10% discount. Ambergris Caye may have power outages during busy times. They're short but may happen during your stay.
