About this property

Lantsch/Lenz lies in the heart of the beautiful mountain canton of Graubünden. Our holiday flat is located in a 130 year old house with a lot of charm and cosiness. The flat was completely renovated 8 years ago. We provide bed linen, towels and care products free of charge. The price also includes an outdoor car park and the use of the sun terrace. You are also welcome to store your bikes or skis in our garage. As we have children ourselves, we know what is important on holiday. On request we offer the whole baby/toddler equipment. (Baby cot/Tripp-Trapp/changing cushion/sledge for winter etc.)
As hosts, we live in the same building and are therefore your contact person around the clock. We are also happy to advise you on the many excursion possibilities in our area... We look forward to welcoming you!

Excursion possibilities: Lantsch/Lenz is located in the Ela Nature Park. Various hiking and biking routes start directly from the accommodation, and there is a lovely children's playground with barbecue facilities in the village, and the Lenzerheide and Alvaneu golf courses are in the immediate vicinity. (5-10 minutes by car)The large holiday region of Lenzerheide with various activities/cultural events/indoor swimming pool/wellness facilities etc. is 5 minutes away by car. The holiday region of Davos can be reached in 40 minutes by car and the holiday region of Flims/Laax/Falera is 45 minutes away by car.

A little away from the hustle and bustle but still with all amenities. In the village there is a shop, various restaurants, 4 bus stops, the biathlon arena, a network of cross-country ski trails directly from the village, children's ski lift, etc.
