House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times. This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Number of licence: 969923 - Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee. - EACH sofa bed will be made up at an additional ONE TIME PAYMENT: For one person AED 80 - The deposit cost is AED 1000, it should be paid at check in time. - KEYS: Keys, remotes and access cards are part of the property & provided to the guest for the duration of their stay. Any lost keys and/or access cards will incur a fee of AED 500 - All inclusive (VAT, tourism fee). - All utilities bills are included (electricity, water, Internet, TV with cable channels, Air-conditioning) - Check in any time after 3:00PM (Check-ins can be done throughout the night) - Check out before 11:00AM - The paid cleaning will be done after your departure.
