  ✅ Easy Check-In Process 🏡 It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’ll be ready to enjoy your stay! Before Arrival Complete your rental agreement and agree to house rules. Provide ID verification through Know Your Guest. Choose between a refundable security hold (not a deposit) or a non-refundable damage waiver. If booking through Airbnb, this step may be waived. Inform us in advance if you’ll need an air mattress. Early check-in/late check-out may be available with approval ($25 per hour). 🐾 Pet Policy Not all properties allow pets – please confirm before booking. For pet-friendly properties: Dogs only (no cats allowed). Pet fee: $25 one-time deposit + $10 per pet per night (non-refundable). Maximum: 2 dogs per stay. Dogs must stay off furniture, bedding, and blankets (violations: $50 per item or $250 for severe cases). Dogs must wear an ID tag/rabies tag and collar, stay on a leash, and be cleaned up after. No aggressive pets allowed. If pets are brought without paying in advance, the above fees will apply plus a $100 penalty. House Rules: No illegal drugs. No smoking (inside or outside – smoke-free property). No parties or events. No loud noise after 10 PM. Extra guest fee: $10 per person per night. After Booking You’ll receive: A copy of our short-term rental agreement Arrival & departure instructions Access to Happy Guest (our easy web-based guidebook with property details + local tips, shareable with your group). Please note: Arrival info won’t be released until all steps are completed. Refunds are not possible if steps are skipped.
