The property is situated in the charming seaside resort of Torre Vado on the Ionian coast of Salento, between the towns of Torre Pali (a 9-minute drive) and Santa Maria di Leuca (a 12-minute drive) which lies at the southernmost tip of the Salento Peninsula.
The town is renowned for its seafront promenade that leads to the pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters of Pescolus. The closest beach, Spiaggia di Torre Vado is just a 6-minute walk away and there is a small marina where visitors can rent a boat (a 7-minute walk). There are also a number of restaurants and grocery stores all within 5-minutes' walk.
Popular excursions nearby include the beautiful Baroque city of Lecce, known as the "Florence of the South" and the picturesque city of Otranto known for its beaches, charming old town, medieval castle and Byzantine-era cathedral both of which are a 55-minute drive away.
