The kitchen is fully equipped with a Moka coffee machine, an induction hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

The property is located in the town of Porto San Paolo within a marine-protected area on the northeastern coastline of Sardinia. The surrounding sea is famous for its beautiful turquoise colour and the island of Tavolara that dominates the coastal landscape.
Porto San Paola centres around a small marina (a 2-minute walk) where visitors can catch a ferry to visit Tavolara and other nearby islands. Visitors can also enjoy the many boutiques, restaurants and bars here. There are several nearby beaches, accessible by foot, that are great places for snorkelling. (Spiaggia Pizzichina Corallina and Spiaggia di Porto San Paolo are both a 15-minute walk from the property.
Two of Northern Sardinia’s most famous beaches are within easy reach, La Cinta (a 15-minute drive) and Lu Impostu (an 11-minute drive) and Capo Coda Cavallo a striking headland renowned for its dramatic cliffs and idyllic coves is also within easy reach. Often referred to as the "Tahiti of Sardinia" here you can explore the hidden beaches of Cala Brandinchi and Salina Bamba (both a 15-minute drive away). There are also many sporting activities available nearby including; surfing, diving, horse riding, tennis and golf.
Olbia airport is a 20-minute drive from the property whilst the Port of Olbia is approximately a 25-minute drive from the accommodation.
