Protaras Villa 1483 is located in the heart of Central Protaras and yet in a relatively quiet area. The location of the villa is ideal for a family vacation as within walking distance you will find everything Protaras has to offer, bars, restaurants, children playgrounds, pharmacies, clinic and of course the best beaches in Cyprus.
Protaras Villa 1483 is a new and modern spacious house that features all modern facilities and equipment. The villa is built on one floor and features an open plan fully equipped kitchen, living room area with modern furniture and large screen TV, the master bedroom with a large double bed and en-suite shower, a second bedroom with a double bed, a third bedroom with two single beds. In total the villa comfortably sleep 6 persons in beds and has the option of an additional person on an extra bed or baby cot.
The summer time in Cyprus is meant to be spent by the pool and Protaras Villa 1483 offers just that! The large 4x8 meter swimming pool is surrounded by mature trees, flowers & fencing that provides privacy. There are plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs and a modern gas BBQ.
