This amazing 7th-floor apartment, with a minimalist design and plenty of natural light, offers comfort and freshness throughout. It includes exclusive access to the Punta Esmeralda Beach Club and direct entry to Playa Mantas and steps to Playa Blanca.
Originally a 3-bedroom apartment, we opened the third room to create a larger living area, allowing space for a high dining bar table and a spectacular social area.
Located nearby the Punta Leona Market, the property is EXTREMELY SECURE, 24/7 security.

To access this secure and elegant apartment, you will need to arrive at the entrance of Punta Leona (visitor's right entrance) and provide a unique code that we will give you with the reservation.
Once you have given the code, you will need to follow the road for about 8-10 minutes until you see a sign that says "Punta Esmeralda." Before that, you will see "El Bambú," but you should continue straight.
When entering the street of Punta Esmeralda, they will ask you for the code again and give you a bracelet that you must wear during your stay (if you lose it, you will need to request another one).
Once in the parking lot, you will enter the building and take the elevator to the apartment. There, you will find a box with the keys to enter and exit the apartment.

Punta Esmeralda is located within the Punta Leona complex, so the building is approximately 10 minutes from the main road.
Visitors are not allowed, except for stays longer than three days and with a maximum of two additional people.
The pool and other amenities are available very close to the building at no additional cost. Please note that beach towels are not provided at Beach Club.
An ID number is required to access the condominium, as this is a regulation of the complex. This will be requested for all guests over 18 years old.
• Please do NOT smoke inside the unit. This is a smoke-free space. (Fine: $350)
• Parties are not allowed. (Fine: $500)
• Please supervise your children in the pool area.
• Do not throw trash in the streets or outdoor areas.
• Late check-out is not allowed without prior authorization. (Fine: $200)
• Alcohol, food, or drug consumption is strictly prohibited in the pool area. (Fine: $500)
• Lost or damaged keys will incur a $100 replacement fee per key.
• If the special chip bracelet is lost, the replacement fee is $150.
• Pets are allowed on the property.
During peak season, due to the high number of visitors, parking may be located at a considerable distance from the tower’s main entrance. If this happens, we recommend stopping by the entrance to unload your belongings comfortably before finding a parking spot.
Please note that construction work is ongoing in the area. You may hear machinery during the day and see construction activity on your way to the pool from Monday to Saturday.
