Step inside to a bright, open layout with comfortable furnishings, Roku TVs in both bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an in-unit washer/dryer. A Pack ’n Play is provided for those traveling with little ones.
Spend your vacation mornings sipping coffee on the furnished balcony, your afternoons splashing in the pools or hiking nearby nature trails, and your evenings grilling at the shared picnic area. You can also practice your swing at the on-site golf course or fish at the park on Lake Taneycomo.
Thoughtfully upgraded, the sun-soaked interior features a coveted open layout.     This was our first time in the Ozarks and it was a great place to stay! It’s central to many things we did while in Branson, the location in a gated community is nice. It was helpful the golf course restaurant delivered, we ordered it twice! My only feedback other than positive (and minor) is there was lint in the dryer before we used it so just recommend the cleaners check that in the future.

    Jennifer was great with communication and we had a super easy check in. The place was really quiet even though the community was packed on a holiday weekend. The condo had everything we needed (bring pool towels though). Tons of things to do and great restaurants near. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Only a couple steps to get up to the condo door which is rare in Branson! We would stay here again.

    Jennifer, this condo was not very clean. The carpet had many smells and stains which kept our dog anxious and in her kennel. She found some pet food and dirty laundry behind the washer which drove her nuts. The counters and dishes were dirty. The fridge was empty, but not clean. We would have wondered if the cleaners skipped this place, but the beds were clean and comfy with fresh bath towels. We cleaned as we went, but not the stay we were hoping for college graduation weekend. We were too busy with moving apartments and graduation to bother you about this, so we didn't include it in our public review. Hopefully you can touch base with your cleaner to see if they have what they need.

    This condo was in a peaceful neighborhood with clean, comfy beds. Enough deck furniture to have dinner outside!

    Hi Jennifer, I appreciate your kindness and prompt responses. I did not want to share this publicly but wanted to share feedback with you in case you're not local and unaware of the state of the unit. It was a bit of a shock to find that the unit was not as expected upon check-in and dirty. The couch and living room chairs are dated with broken springs and not the most comfortable. The photos cut off showing the flooring, which the carpeting is stained pretty significantly throughout both rooms and the living room. The bathroom updates were great and the stay was otherwise fine but it could use some new furniture and flooring.

    This is a great location & friendly host. I think with some improvements and updates to the unit, this would be a top tier stay with location and layout.

    It was great staying here. I would stay here again. I really enjoyed that they were pet friendly.
