GUESTS MUST ENTER THE MAIN HOUSE TO USE BATHROOM FACILITIES.******* Also as a note this house is nestled in Groom Creek among trees and close neighbors. This is typical for Groom Creek and adds to the charm. We require that guests complete our Pre-Arrival Form & House Terms & Lease within 24 hours of booking. The Pre-Arrival form includes a requirement for a government ID (to be securely entered). These forms are sent as a link immediately after booking to venue messaging and are required per Prescott City Short Term Rental Code 4-9. Your reservation is not confirmed until these forms are complete. Primary Booking Guest must be 25 yrs of age & must be physically staying at property. Primary guest is responsible for all guests. If forms are not complete within the 24 hour period following booking, NexAero Vacation Rentals reserves the right to cancel booking reservation under the Airbnb currently enforced Cancellation Policy. As a note we reserve the right to hold a deposit. We determine if a deposit will be held largely based on the range and quality of your past reviews, and the scope of your group. The deposit can be up to $300 and will be required at booking or at least one week before arrival. The deposit will be requested Directly through invoice and is fully refundable. Our policy is to return the deposit within 3-5 days of a stay checkout. The deposit will be returned in full if the house is left as found. In addition to possible deposits we may also perform basic background checks. These checks are of a stoplight nature and no personal information is seen. We request deposits and do background checks to assure and protect the quality of experience for you and future guests.
