Good location, nice amenities. The unit is dated, had a slight odor that we initially attributed to its age or the resident cats. But when looking for something on the bed while packing to leave, the bottom sheet came up and revealed multiple urine and dark stains on the mattress pad and mattresses (2). We also found a dirty diaper under a bed! I sent the owner time-stamped photos and videos with a refund request for unsanitary conditions. The response was disappointing. He never apologized. He questioned our integrity, accused us of being "professional renters," suggested we had taken photos off the internet, and claimed “your complaint is not warranted and that you just want a free stay” and said “I'm angry that you waited to leave before moving everything around”. Detailed inspections are the responsibility of management, not the guests. The owner continues to insist that no stains or diaper were found. IF THIS IS TRUE, IT MEANS THERE’S STILL URINE STAINED BEDDING IN THE UNIT!
