  Easy Check-In Process 🏡 It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! - We use Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots. You can even share it with friends and family. Got questions? Just message us anytime! - Please inform us in advance if you will be needing the Air Mattress. - Early check-in & late check-out is allowed but for approval. There is $25 charge per hour. - Just complete your rental agreement and agree to house rules. - ID verification - A simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. If your Air BNB we Can waive this. -We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience you’re all set to enjoy your stay! - Early check-in & late check-out is allowed but for approval. There is $25 charge per hour. - Great for families and children. - Must provide a copy of identification with a picture. - Must read and agree to House Rules & Rental Agreement. - No illegal Drugs. - No pets allowed. - No loud sounds after 10 PM. - No parties. - No Smoking. This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed in the house or anywhere on the property. - Extra guest fees are $10 per guest per night. -Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver, as this will protect you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

  Del Cerro offers easy access to major San Diego attractions. Drive 20-25 minutes to Ocean Beach, downtown, or the airport. Nearby freeways (I-8 & I-15) make exploring simple. Public transit and rideshares are available, and SDSU’s trolley station connects you to the city. Plenty of street parking is available for guests.
