Main House
The main floor centers around a vaulted living room with a gas fireplace and an adjoining sitting area overlooking the lake. A fully equipped kitchen provides ample space for group meals, while the nearby laundry area adds convenience for longer stays.
This level also includes a king bedroom, queen bedroom, half bathroom, and full bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The full bathroom opens directly to the deck and seasonal above-ground pool.
Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, a loft sleeping area, and another full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Available from mid-May through October, the separate cottage sleeps two guests and includes its own fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom with a walk-in shower. It provides added privacy for couples, grandparents, or members of the group who prefer a separate space.
Outdoor Living
The expansive lake-view deck connects to the seasonal pool and provides space for outdoor dining and sunset views. An outdoor kitchen and grill make group meals easy, while the shale beach offers direct access to the shoreline for relaxing, kayaking, and time by the water.
Overnight docking is not permitted. A marina located nearby offers slip rentals.

Downtown Geneva, the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, breweries, restaurants, shops, and other Finger Lakes attractions are only minutes away.
