• Guests do not have access to Schaffer’s Mill community amenities.
• No smoking anywhere on the property.

Things to Keep in Mind Tahoe’s beauty comes with unpredictability—wildfires, storms, and the occasional Wi-Fi hiccup are beyond our control. Refunds for such issues are considered on a case-by-case basis. Our cancellation policy is firm—no refunds for weather, road conditions, or air quality. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind. Guests are responsible for any county fines during their stay. Please review local short-term rental rules provided at the home.
