    Arrived around 7pm after 15hrs of traveling to find bathroom was wicked dirty, they couldn’t get someone in to clean it until the next day, and no other rooms were available. Had to find another place to stay on our own first night which was a headache and Airbnb needed to assist with reimbursement. Met other guests who told us they had no issues and we were able to get another room the next day for the rest of our stay and had no issues. Overall we really liked the place, rooms were nice, coffee machine was great in the main area and they had a nice fireplace which was very comfortable. The potential main issue is that there is no staff on site to assist with anything which is what happened our first night. Management was responsive online/on the phone but couldn’t assist in person. Guessing this keeps costs down and probably works well most of the time but we happened to be the exception. Would stay again but just know the potential issues.

    Good place to stay in Santa Rosa without the hassle of hotel check in and valet / parking. The room I was in had nice windows that opened up and a comfortable bed. It was a large space too. Very Italian

    the hotel is beautiful and the common spaces are very well taken care of. The air conditioner in my room was really noisy, but at night I kept my windows open and it was perfect. the hotel is close to many good restaurants and things to do. overall I enjoyed this location and would return.

    I'm a remote doctor that travels much to Santa Rosa. This place is by far our favorite. We love the downstairs public area that has a fireplace burning, comfy couches, a pool table and TV. Wonderful place to stay. Our shower drain was clogged and the fixed it within hours. Thanks for the wonderful stay STONEHOUSE!
