    This was a great house, it had plenty of room with big beds. It was very clean and the backyard was fun. My kids played with all of the outdoor games. We would gladly stay there again!

    This house was great. Close enough to get to everything within minutes, but far enough away to not feel like we were in the middle of everything !!! There is lots to do at the house, too. I enjoyed it immensely and will be coming back very soon.

👉 Some important house rules set by the City of Las Vegas to remember are: ⭐ Max occupancy of 8 people at anytime. ⭐ Quiet Hours From 11pm to 7am. ⭐ No Parties or Events. ⭐ No radios allowed outside or heard from outside. ⭐ Parking is available on the driveway for up to 3 vehicles. ⭐ Street parking is not allowed. ⭐ Respect neighbors at all times ⭐ No smoking inside home ⭐ No Fireworks ⭐ Check-in info will be messaged through your booking platform prior to check-in time as long as your online check-in form has been completed. To complete the check-in form, you will need to upload your ID, add your name, email, and phone number, add your check-in and checkout times, and accept the rental agreement. ⭐ Pool safety alarms are installed at this home on all doors leading to the pool area per compliance with the City of Las Vegas short-term rental laws. ⭐ This home does not have a garage and has no garage access. ⭐ Same-day bookings will not be available for immediate check-in. Check-ins will have a 15-minute to 6-hour delay. Confirming delay time prior to booking is always best.
