House Rules – Hollywood Sunrise
We’re committed to providing a clean, safe, and peaceful environment for all our guests. Please review and follow the guidelines below to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
1. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is available after 4:00 PM. Check-out is required by 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not available.
2. Occupancy & Visitors
The unit accommodates a maximum of four (4) registered adult guests. No unregistered overnight guests are permitted. A maximum of two (2) additional visitors are allowed at any time. Events, parties, business meetings, or gatherings are strictly prohibited.
3. Quiet Hours & Consideration
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum inside the unit, in hallways, and in outdoor areas. TVs, music, and conversations should always remain at a respectful volume. Be considerate of neighbors.
4. Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, or in shared spaces. Guests who wish to smoke must do so at least 200 feet away from the building. A minimum $500 fine applies for any violation.
5. Pets
Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property. If an unauthorized pet is found in the unit, a $500 fine will be charged, and eviction may occur.
6. Furniture & Damages
Do not move furniture. A $50 fee applies if items are not returned to their original position. Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning. Units are inspected at check-in and check-out.
7. Air Conditioning
Keep all windows and sliding doors closed when the A/C is running. During warmer months (May–September), the A/C must remain on. Guests will be held responsible for system damage caused by improper use.
8. Wi-Fi Access
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided in your unit.
9. Security
Ensure all doors are closed and locked when entering or leaving. Do not share your access code with anyone outside your group.
10. Laundry Facilities
Shared laundry facilities are available on-site. Machines operate with quarters. Please follow posted instructions for use.
11. Trash Disposal
All trash must be disposed of in the chutes located behind Building N1. Do not leave open trash bags inside the unit or in shared/common areas.
12. Subletting & Transfers
Subletting or transferring your reservation to another party is strictly prohibited.
13. Open Flames
No open flames (candles, incense, sparklers, etc.) are permitted in the unit or shared spaces.
14. Mail Access
Mailbox access is not available during your stay.
15. Illegal Activity & Eviction
Any illegal activity will be reported to authorities and result in immediate eviction. Hollywood Sunrise reserves the right to evict any guest without refund for rule violations, noise complaints, or disrespectful behavior.
16. Lockout Fee
If guests are locked out of the unit and require assistance, a $100 fee may apply for after-hours access.
17. Parking Information
On-site self-parking is available for $20 + tax per night, payable at the property. A $50 refundable deposit is required for the parking tag.
Parking is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. ***Parking requests can only be processed during business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM). If you do not request parking within those hours, you will need to use public street parking through the City of Hollywood.
If parking is acquired, the parking tag must be returned in good condition before check-out. Failure to return it will result in a $50 replacement fee.
Important: Parking in hotel-designated spots is only allowed if you’ve paid for parking through us. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed without prior warning and at the vehicle owner’s expense.
If on-site parking is unavailable, public city-managed parking is located nearby. Instructions for on-site parking are displayed on the red sign inside your apartment, next to the entrance door.

Hollywood Sunrise manages multiple properties within this building. Floor plans and furnishings may vary slightly from listing photos, but all units meet our comfort and quality standards.
