    Check-in / Check-out Check-in from 3 PM, check-out by 11 AM. Flexible arrival and departure times available upon request. Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Pets Pets are allowed – but only with prior notice. Fee: €11 per night. Maximum: two dogs per unit. Dogs must be leashed on the property and are not allowed on sofas or beds. Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Music and TV are allowed – but if loud, please close doors and windows. Visitors Visitors are welcome but may not stay overnight. Please keep the number of visitors reasonable. Waste Separation Recycling is mandatory in Portugal (paper, plastic, glass, general waste). Bins are located in the room to the left of the main gate. Access code is the same as for your house. Air Conditioning & Energy Use Keep windows and doors closed while using the air conditioning. Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the house. The entire property is powered by 100% green electricity. Fireplace / Stove Fireplaces may be used – but only with suitable firewood. We offer 10 kg firewood bags for €6 upon request. Towels White bathroom towels may not be used at the beach or pool. Special beach towels are available: – €5/week per towel (rental) – €15 one-time per towel (purchase) Laundry & Cleaning Final cleaning is included. Weekly cleanings are provided for longer stays. Mid-stay cleaning available on request (additional fee). A vacuum cleaner is available in every house. A shared laundry room with a washing machine is available. Drying racks are available in your unit or the laundry room. No dryer is provided. Outdoor Areas The pool, garden, barbecue area, and lounge with foosball are open to all guests. Barbecue reservations must be made on-site via QR code. Grill utensils are provided – charcoal must be purchased separately (available in the shop). Bedding & Sofa Beds Some houses offer sofa beds for an additional fee. Extra linens or towels can be provided upon request. Laundry Drying Laundry may only be dried inside your house, on your terrace, or in the laundry room. Drying clothes in communal areas or reserving sun loungers is not allowed. We reserve the right to remove items left inappropriately. Damages Please report any damage or loss immediately so we can organize a replacement. Guests are liable for major damage. We reserve the right to charge for broken inventory and heavily soiled towels or bedding. Safety Each unit is equipped with a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and first-aid kit. Emergency number in Portugal: 112. If you use any safety equipment, please let us know so we can replace it.

  • Notes

    Check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Free parking is available along the street and in the side lane. The few parking spots within the complex are reserved for guests with reduced mobility and must be requested in advance. Quinta da Victória is just 100 meters from the Camino de Santiago and within walking distance of the sea – perfect for exploring the surroundings. A baby cot is available upon request for €12 per week (limited availability). Pets are allowed for a fee of €11 per night – advance notice required.

    Guests have access to their private unit and all shared spaces: garden, pool, barbecue area, foosball lounge, and laundry room.

  • Transit

    We recommend arriving by car – free parking is available in the area. The Viana do Castelo train station is just 3 minutes away by car and connects to Porto and other cities. Bikes and e-bikes are available to rent on-site – ideal for exploring the coast or the Camino de Santiago.
