    Un véritable coup de cœur, nous avions réservé une nuit, finalement le lendemain nous sommes restés pour profiter de ce magnifique endroit. On s'y sent comme chez soi je recommande les yeux fermés !!

    Ricardo was a 10/10 host. We originally booked unit #4 but encountered a small issue with the air conditioner. Ricardo messaged back right away (within minutes) and was at our unit to investigate within the hour. Even though it was a small issue, he relocated us to another unit in the hotel which was a huge upgrade. Ricardo was not only helpful but was warm and kind. We felt so spoiled on our honeymoon, and felt comforted knowing he would respond quick to any other issues that arose. If we are ever in the area again, we would not hesitate to book here and would highly recommend this stay to anyone! Ricardo is an amazing host and the property felt out of a movie. Well kept, very clean, well decorated and comfy beds.
