You'll love this rare 6-bedroom Guest House with stunning water views! Together, the two separate suites sleep up to 12 people. Kids can also choose to sleep in the sunroom just off Vineyard's master and second bedroom. Both suites have gas fireplaces that can keep you cozy on cool nights.
Picton is central to PEC and is the largest town in the area. Tons of great shops and restaurants to check out!

    Great access to Picton and tons of space for a girls weekend. Host was responsive. Would recommend for a large group.

    The house is close to the water and a short walk to the main strip. It’s cozy and well set up for big groups. We had a couple of meaningful problems come up for us though (1) the AC broke down so we had 6ppl staying there at 25–26 degrees -> they did send an HVAC guy right away to fix it!, (2) there was a very noticeable humidity smell in the house.

    We were a group of 9 visiting PEC for a cycling wine tour and Ashley’s place was perfect. Super clean, cozy, and felt just like home. The space was great for a group our size and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and hang out together. Thanks for a great stay - would happily come back next time we’re in the area!
