Two parking spaces. Non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. Access to the apartment is via a staircase with few steps. Please supervise small children on the balcony (80cm high) and in the kitchen. Washing machine and dryer in the basement for shared use (coin-operated).
There is currently a construction site below the building, and minor work will continue through the fall. In addition, the roof of the building next door is being renovated. This work will take place from week 34 through week 40.
