The huge back yard features a custom-made stone surround fire pit! Wonderful memories to be made while roasting marshmallows and telling stories around the fire. A small supply of wood will be provided to get you started.
Large country style eat-in kitchen complete with all the items you'll need for your stay. Just bring your food, drink and coffee (drip coffee maker).

Comfortable living room offers lots of space to relax. Flat-screen smart TV, DVD player, a large selection of DVD movies, and lots of books and games for those rainy days spent indoors. No cable but you can access Prime and Netflix.
We call this the Boho-chic 'pink' bedroom. One queen sized bed, a large wardrobe and in the warm months, a window air conditioner. Both of the two bedrooms are the same size.

    Ashley is a great host, very responsive and proactive. She gave us clear instructions to check in and check out and the airbnb has beautiful surroundinds, very nice porsh and garden. Its very clean in a calm area.

    Lots of great things about the place but also some negatives. Pros: the little house had a great layout, perfect for two couples, decor was well thought out, most supplies are provided, and the place was well kept. Great yard with privacy and ample parking. Cons: 1) the listing did not mention that a lease agreement will be sent a week prior to check in. We only stayed for one night, so to sign a lease agreement we felt was very odd, especially as the agreement included an indemnity clause that releases the host from any liability of harm or loss caused by them or their property. 2) A day before the stay they sent further instructions, and mentioned there will be additional fees for pets, also not mentioned in the original listing. We don’t have pets, but to bring up hidden fees was very unprofessional. 3) Only enough hot water for shower for the first two people, cold for everyone who went after.

    One of the best airbnbs I've stayed in so far. The cottage is not only well decorated and clean, but also very functional. The kitchen is VERY well stocked. This is my first time seeing so many cooking essentials in an airbnb kitchen. All bathroom essentials, extra towels, extra blankets...etc., this place has everything you could ask for in a beautiful and quiet location. Would love to book again!
