Minutes to the river, 4 miles to downtown North Conway, 5 miles to Cranmore Mt., 3 miles to Storyland & 1.5 miles to swimming holes. Great for every season!
Being perched high above the East Branch of the Saco River provides soothing sounds of the river ambling along, but also creates a steep drop-off in the yard. Because of this, we ask that children under 10 years old always be supervised while outside. You will enjoy winter views of the river and enjoy the sounds year round.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog, you must have them approved first by messaging us and then, you must add them to your reservation. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be automatically added to your reservation when you add your dog. Cats are strictly prohibited.
