Only registered guests are allowed. No unlisted visitors or overnight guests without prior approval. Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM. Please keep noise levels down during this time. Property Care: Treat the home with care—this is someone’s property, so please be respectful. Report any damages or issues immediately so they can be addressed. No open flames or candles inside the house. Do not rearrange the furniture. Keep windows and doors closed when the AC or heat is on to maintain efficiency. Cleanliness & Trash: Please clean up after yourself. Bag and dispose of trash in the outdoor bins before you leave. Avoid leaving food or crumbs out to prevent pests. Dishes should be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher before checkout. Outdoor Spaces: You’re welcome to use the backyard and picnic tables—please clean up after using them. Be mindful of noise levels outside, especially in the evenings. Do not leave personal items unattended outdoors. Parking: You may use both driveways for parking. Do not block the neighbors’ driveways or park on the grass. Safety & Security: The property has exterior security cameras for safety purposes. Tampering with them is not allowed. Always lock the doors and windows when you leave. Do not share your door code with anyone outside of your group. Checkout Instructions: Check-out time is 11 AM. Please be prompt, as the cleaning team needs time to prepare for the next guests. Take all trash to the bins. Place used towels in the laundry area. Double-check that you have all your belongings before leaving. Violation of these rules may result in additional fees or immediate termination of your stay.
