This is a no-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or under any covered outdoor areas. No parties or events are permitted. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises unless approved in advance. We kindly ask that you leave the space as you found it. Please wash any used dishes, dispose of trash properly, and keep noise to a minimum in shared outdoor spaces. Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements are made. Parking is available in the driveway, and guests must not block neighboring driveways or sidewalks. For safety reasons, please do not leave food unattended in the kitchen, and always lock doors when leaving the property.
