  Check-in is anytime after 4 :00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests are expected to respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain the peaceful nature of the neighborhood. This is a no-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or under any covered outdoor areas. No parties or events are permitted. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises unless approved in advance. We kindly ask that you leave the space as you found it. Please wash any used dishes, dispose of trash properly, and keep noise to a minimum in shared outdoor spaces. Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements are made. Parking is available in the driveway, and guests must not block neighboring driveways or sidewalks. For safety reasons, please do not leave food unattended in the kitchen, and always lock doors when leaving the property. We value communication—if anything breaks or needs attention during your stay, let us know right away so we can resolve it quickly. Emergencies can be reported 24/7 via the Airbnb app or direct contact. By booking this home, guests agree to abide by these rules to help ensure a respectful and enjoyable stay for everyone.
