With direct access to Brimstone trails, you won't have to trailer to your favorite place to ride. There are plenty of places to park all of the trucks and trailers and this property features a turnaround for your convenience. Table shuffle board, dart board, horse shoes, and fire pit are just some of the many features for your stay while not riding.

A Fireball machine, outdoor gas grill, super comfortable deck seating with tables and several swivel chairs, TONS of board games for the kids or adults, dart board, table shuffleboard, gas fireplace for those cold nights after riding, fire pit, and big screens in all bedrooms w/cable on the main floor and in the game room/bedroom downstairs. The maximum amount of people allowed to stay is 20 people and home will comfortably sleep 20 people in a bed. All the luxuries of a 5 star hotel, but tucked in the middle of the quiet woods with a gorgeous view! There is an additional 3 bed/2 bath home on the property that can sleep 8 people if you need additional space OR if you don't need this much space, it's available to rent as well separately from this home. Full access to the entire 67 acre property including pond. This home is located close to Brimstone trail #47 and is a 15 min SXS ride to that trailhead. There is also access to Royal Blue with maps inside the home on how to get there and also access to Windsock (this would be a longer ride but a lot of people go).
I am available should you and your guests need something during your stay.
Quiet and secluded on 67 acres.
There are 2 security cameras inside of the home. One is located in the main living area where the kitchen, dining, and living room are. Also there is one located in the garage. THESE ARE THE ONLY TWO CAMERAS THAT ARE IN THE HOME.
