Austin House is just a short drive to several beaches, including Maine’s longest 7 mile stretch of beach in Old Orchard Beach, and an easy day trip to Boston.
The house features 8 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, a professional chef’s kitchen, formal sitting rooms as well as open common spaces. We also have a indoor heated pool, screened porch and sprawling lawn, outdoor firepit, and pond. Comfortable sleeping for up to 16 people, with room for everyone to enjoy themselves together or get some solitude walking our several miles of groomed trails down to the Saco River. We are a working horse farm, so you are very likely to see our equine staff working and riding horses in the outdoor arena. We also have an event barn, so you can inquire with our staff about hosting your family reunion or wedding right on the property.
