  Important Information & House Policies An air mattress is available upon request—please inform us ahead of time. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged for $25 per hour, subject to approval. Ideal for families and children. A valid photo ID is required for all reservations. All guests must review and agree to the House Rules and Rental Agreement. No illegal substances, parties, or loud noise after 10 PM are permitted. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property; this is a smoke-free home. Additional guests are charged $10 per person, per night. 🐾 Pet Policy (Dogs Only) Dogs are welcome with prior approval—cats are not allowed. Pet fee includes a $25 one-time deposit plus $10 per night per dog (maximum of two dogs). A $100 fine applies for unauthorized pets or unpaid pet fees. Dogs must not be allowed on furniture or bedding—$50 fine per item for violations. An extra $250 fine will be charged if pets are found on beds or furniture. Dogs must have proper ID and rabies tags, be leashed, and remain on the property. Aggressive dogs are not permitted. Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste responsibly. 🔐 Booking & Verification ID verification through Know Your Guest is required prior to arrival. Guests may choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver—waiver is recommended for peace of mind. Upon booking, the rental agreement and check-in/check-out instructions will be sent.

• Access

  You’ll have complete access to the whole house throughout your stay. The dining space seats six comfortably, with three extra stools available at the kitchen breakfast bar. This roomy retreat includes two bedrooms with queen beds, along with a sleeper sofa and two ottomans that turn into twin beds. Fully furnished and well-stocked, it’s prepared to provide everything you need for a restful and unforgettable stay.
