You’ll have full, private access to the entire home and all outdoor spaces, making this your own riverside retreat to relax, play, and recharge. Spend your mornings with coffee on one of three spacious decks overlooking the Guadalupe, and your evenings gathered in the game room or cozy living area with Smart TVs. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking feel just like home, while a washer/dryer and outdoor shower add convenience after a day on the water. Outside, you can fire up the grill in the dedicated BBQ area, or enjoy complimentary kayaks and lawn games when requested. Parking for two to three vehicles is available just across the street.
Transit
Public transportation isn’t available in this part of New Braunfels, but you’ll find Uber and Lyft running locally for quick rides in and out of town.

Scenic trails await nearby, and everyday essentials like H-E-B, shops, and entertainment are within easy reach.
