  Guest Guidelines & Info Enjoy the River Kayaks and outdoor games (Cornhole, Jenga, Tic Tac Toe, Twister) are available for your use—just let us know! Extra Sleeping Options Need more space to sleep? We can provide air mattresses or toppers on request. Flexible Arrival & Departure Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with approval and an additional fee. Check-In Requirements All guests must provide a government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement before arrival. Quiet Hours Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Parties and loud gatherings aren’t allowed—the river carries sound! No Smoking or Illegal Substances Smoking and illegal substances are not allowed anywhere on the property. Pet Policy Dogs are welcome (maximum 2, pre-approved, fee applies). No cats. Dogs must be leashed outside, kept off furniture and bedding, and only non-aggressive breeds are allowed. Guest Count All additional guests or pets must be approved ahead of time; extra fees may apply. Safety & Security All guests are required to verify their identity through Know Your Guest. Damage Protection Choose between a refundable security deposit or a damage waiver when booking. Local Tips Before your stay, we’ll provide a guide with emergency contacts and recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment.

• Access

  You’ll enjoy exclusive access to the entire home and all outdoor spaces, making it your private riverside retreat to relax, play, and unwind. Start your mornings with coffee on one of three spacious decks overlooking the Guadalupe River, and spend evenings in the game room or cozy living area with Smart TVs. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking easy, while a washer/dryer and outdoor shower add convenience after a day on the water. Outside, fire up the grill in the dedicated BBQ area, or request complimentary kayaks and lawn games for extra fun. Parking for 2–3 vehicles is available just across the street.

• Transit

  Public transportation isn’t available in this area of New Braunfels, but Uber and Lyft operate locally for convenient rides to and from town. Planning a river float? Several shuttle services run along River Road with easy pick-up and drop-off. You can book directly, or contact us and we’ll be happy to help coordinate your trip so your day on the water is stress-free.

  Nestled along the iconic River Road, this retreat offers a true taste of Hill Country charm — from float outfitters and local dining to breathtaking natural scenery. Grab tubing gear from Roy’s Rentals just down the road, or explore downtown New Braunfels, the historic charm of Gruene, Schlitterbahn, and Whitewater Amphitheater—all just minutes away. Scenic trails are nearby, and everyday needs like grocery stores, shops, and entertainment are easily accessible.
