Access is down a flight of steps and across a spacious terrace. The terrace is partly shaded and has 3 separate dining areas where guests can enjoy the stunning sea views with a glass of wine.
Inside, the open-plan living area has a pretty, brightly tiled floor and contemporary furniture. There is a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining table for 2 and a fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a fridge/freezer.

Location
Located in Cap d’Ail, the apartment is well-placed for guests to explore the eastern side of the Cote d’Azur. There are coastal walking paths close by and you can reach Monaco on foot in 1 hour, whilst enjoying stunning views of the sea. There are beaches within a 15-minute walk, while cafés and restaurants are all within easy reach.
For fun days out the towns of Èze (19 minutes) and Beaulieu-sur-Mer (18 minutes) should not be missed. Èze is perched on a hilltop overlooking the coast and its Medieval streets are packed with tempting boutiques and restaurants. Beaulieu-sur-Mer is an unspoiled resort town with pastel-coloured villas and some very good restaurants.
For self-catering there are three supermarkets less than 5 minutes from the apartment. Or try the weekly market (Friday from 8.00am to 12.30pm) at Cap d’Ail, Place des Oliviers. Here you can pick up the freshest local produce to enjoy at home.
The apartment is less than 50 minutes from Nice airport by car. Arriving by train, Cap D’Ail station is a 10-minute walk or a 7-minute drive.
