☆ Rooftop Lounge with a View: The private rooftop—accessed from the master suite via an attic staircase—offers sweeping city views, cozy seating, and a firepit for unforgettable evenings under the stars. While it’s a guest favorite, please note that the stairs are narrow and may not be suitable for everyone.
☆ Stylish Sleeping Spaces The spacious master suite offers a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, and a an extra fold out couch with queen mattress—great for reading or lounging or extra guests. The ground-floor queen bedroom is perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs and includes an additional pull-out single floor mattress. The living room also features a queen fold-out—ideal for larger groups. Sleeping a total of 9 guests. Smart TVs with Roku are provided in both bedrooms for your entertainment.

☆ Layout Reminder: This is a 3-story townhome. Please note that bathrooms are located on the upper and lower levels, and not on the main living/kitchen floor.
☆ Rooftop Access: The rooftop is accessed via an attic staircase from the master bathroom. While it's a great feature, those with mobility concerns may find the access challenging.
☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome pets for a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. Maximum of 4 dogs, each weighing up to 50 lbs. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged.     House Rules • Primary renter must be 18+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited. • Maximum occupancy is 4 overnight guests, per city regulations. Exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction. • No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. • Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes.
